<h3>Beschrijving</h3>
<p>Met dit gereedschap kunt u één of meerdere concentrische cirkels maken met
een bepaalde afstand tot een bestaande cirkel.</p>
<h3>Bediening</h3>
<ol>
  <li>Voer in de opties-werkbalk de afstand van de concentrische cirkel tot de
  oorspronkelijke basiscirkel in.</li>
  <li>Voer het aantal concentrische cirkels in om in de optiebalk te maken.</li>
  <li>Klik op de basis cirkel. De concentrische cirkel(s) wordt (worden)
  gemaakt aan de zijde waarop de muiscursor zich bevindt terwijl u op de
  basiscirkel klikt.</li>
