  24. <h3>Description</h3>
  25. <p>Scales entities by a given factor towards a given center.</p>
  26. <h3>Usage</h3>
  27. <ol>
  28. <li>Select the entities you want to scale.</li>
  29. <li>Launch this tool.</li>
  30. <li>Set the center of the scaling with the mouse or enter a coordinate in the
  31. command line.</li>
  32. <li>The scale dialog is displayed where you can enter the scale factor.

  34. If you want to scale with two different factors in X and Y direction,
  35. uncheck the button for proportional scaling:

  39. You can then enter two different scaling factors for X and Y.

  41. If you want to scale the selection by mouse, check the mouse cursor
