<h3>説明</h3>
<p>
このツールで、既存の弧への与えられた距離の、1つあるいは多数の同心の弧を作成することができます。
</p>
<h3>使用方法</h3>
<ol>
  <li>オプション・ツール・バーにオリジナルの基礎弧からの同心の弧の距離を入力します。</li>
  <li>オプション・ツール・バーに作成する同心の弧の数を入力します。</li>
  <li>基礎弧をクリックします。
  <br />同心の弧は、基礎弧をクリックする際に、マウス・カーソルがある側に作成されます。</li>
