  24. Inserts a raster image (bitmap) into the drawing.
  25. <br />Note that the drawing file which is created when saving the drawing,
  26. contains only references to inserted images. It is recommended to keep the
  27. image file and the drawing file in the same folder, so QCAD can find the image
  28. again when the drawing file is loaded later.
  29. <br />Transparent backgrounds are supported for PNG images.
  30. <br />Note that large bitmaps can cause the drawing display to become very
  31. slow.
  32. <br />Usually you will want images to be in the background of other entities.

  35. back'</a> tool to learn how to do this.

  38. <ol>
  39. <li>Choose the image file which you want to insert.</li>
  40. <li>Enter the desired height or width for the image in drawing units in the
  41. options tool bar.</li>
  42. <li>Type a rotation angle in the options tool bar.</li>
  43. <li>Specify the insertion point of the image. That is the left bottom corner
  44. of the image.</li>
