<p>Criar linhas com um ângulo relativo às entidades existentes com esta
ferramenta. A entidade existente pode ser uma linha ou um arco/círculo. As
linhas com um ângulo relativo de 0 graus a um arco são tangentes ou paralelas a
tangentes. As linhas com um ângulo relativo de 90 graus a um arco ou linha são
linhas ortogonais.</p>
