<p><strong>Description :</strong></p>
<p>Cet outil permet de basculer l'état verrouillé du calque courant. Vous
pouvez également basculer l'état verrouillé des calques en cliquant sur l'icône
de verrouillage à côté du nom du calque dans la liste des calques.</p>
<p>Les entités sur les calques verrouillés ne peuvent pas être sélectionnées,
supprimées ou modifiées.</p>
